Refund Policies

1. Damage and Notification: Any damages to property, furniture, or accessories must be reimbursed.
2. Furniture Placement Fee: A fee of $200 will be charged for rearrangement of furniture.
3. Non-Smoking Fee: A fee of $300-$500 will be applied if smoking occurs inside the chalet.
4. Glassware in Spa and Outdoor Areas Fee: A fee of $300-$500 will be charged if glass is found in the spa due to a complete water change.
5. Pet Hair Cleaning Fee: Additional cleaning fees will apply if pet hair is found on beds, blankets, or other surfaces.
6. Firewood Fee: Additional wood is available for $10 per bin.
7. Nespresso Capsules: One capsule per adult is provided; additional capsules are $2 each, payable in cash or deducted from the security deposit.
8. Security Deposit Deductions: Non-compliance with rules may result in fees deducted from your security deposit.
