Terms and Services
- Property Respect: Renters and their guests must maintain the condition of the property, including all furniture, accessories, installations, and belongings inside.
- Occupancy Limits: Renters must adhere to the number of people and pets declared in the contract.
- Furniture Placement: All furniture and accessories must remain in their original locations.
- Departure Condition: The chalet must be left clean, organized, and in the same condition as upon arrival.
- Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalet; smoking is allowed only outside, with proper disposal of cigarette butts.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed on or in beds and sofas, and waste must be cleaned up immediately.
- Glassware Restrictions: Glassware is prohibited in the spa and outdoor areas. Use plastic cups provided.
- Dishwashing: All dishes must be washed and returned to their proper place.
- Dishwasher Use: Plastic dishware (e.g., plastic cups, glasses, salad bowls) is not allowed in the dishwasher.
- Prohibited Items: Firearms and fireworks are not allowed on the property.
- Snowmobiles and ATVs: Permitted only for accessing marked trails.
- Liability: The owner is not responsible for injuries, losses, or accidents on the property or from recreational equipment use.
- Child Supervision: Renters are fully responsible for supervising children, especially near the lake and road.
- Spa Usage: Follow posted spa instructions.
- Uncontrollable Events: The owner is not liable for inconveniences caused by internet or power outages.
